Search entries
A name, location, or other value entered into a search tool is sent to the independent provider that operates that tool. Oregon County Busted Mugshots does not store or log those search terms on its own systems. The provider’s privacy terms govern the information once the request is submitted.
Messages
If you send an email or a contact-form message, we may retain the information in the message so we can respond. We do not share that message outside our organization unless disclosure is required by law. Do not use a contact message to request an emergency response, an official jail action, or a record held by the Sheriff.
Technical data and cookies
Like most web services, the site and its service providers may collect limited technical information when a page loads. This helps operate the service, understand performance, and identify faults.

The service links to independent sites, including the Oregon County Sheriff’s Office, Missouri Case.net, the MODOC offender search, and third-party search tools. When you leave this site, that organization’s privacy policy controls its collection and use of information.

Visitors under 18
This service is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has sent personal information to us, contact us so that we can review and remove it where appropriate.

Subject to applicable law and the information we actually hold, you may ask to:

- Correct information that is inaccurate
- Request deletion of personal information
- Opt out of certain processing where that option is available
